  • 1 serving of dotFIT WheySmooth Protein Powder - Vanilla
  • ⅔ cup rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 - 2  tablespoon strawberry jam (or other preferred jam)
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed (optional)
  • strawberry, quartered, to serve

In a mason jar or seal-able container, combine milk and protein powder then add the oats, yogurt, jam, nut butter, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and strawberries, and stir together. Seal and place in the refrigerator overnight for up to five days. Enjoy! This can also be split into 2 containers.

Pro Tip: Layer in nut butter and jam on top or other favorite fruit
